What stage are you at?

Whatever stage you are at with your IT infrastructure projects, XMA will partner with you to guide all aspects of your project planning, implementation and support, making sure that you achieve your objectives.

Disposal

Legislation such as the Hazardous Waste and WEEE (Waste from Electrical & Electronic Equipment)  directive mean that disposing of IT equipment is now highly regulated and failure to comply can have  significant ramifications on an organisation.

As an accredited ISO 14001 supplier XMA can manage removal and disposal of old IT equipment to ensure you are compliant with WEEE legislation. We will advise on how to best recycle redundant IT assets, to  generate additional revenue or donate for re-use by charitable organisations. All details relating to disposed  equipment are recorded and certified to ensure compliance with audit regulations.

XMA understands the importance of data security relating to redundant assets and we provide a data purging process which conforms to the latest Government standard, CESG Infosec 5. This service extends to all types of media including tape, CD and DVD.

XMA also operates a number of recycling schemes, for itself and on behalf of leading manufacturers, to ensure used toners and cartridges are recycled and reused as opposed to being disposed of in landfill sites.
