XMA Environmental sustainability
Whether you are a local or district council, emergency services or a charitable organisation you will be under pressure to demonstrate responsibility surrounding the sustainability and environmental impact of your practices.

XMA is accredited with ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental standard, which demonstrates to you, our customers, that we have formulated our environmental practices and the resulting Environmental Management System (EMS) has been audited and approved.

Having been a supplier to the Government sector since 1984, we have seen Environmental legislation change substantially, not least the more recent introduction of the WEEE directive.  It is no longer acceptable for organisations to simply discard of their electrical equipment in a skip.  This is just one issue where XMA can help organisations like yourselves.

Firstly you can be sure you are dealing with an environmentally aware supplier who is continually improving its practices to reduce its environmental impact.  Secondly, let us help you reduce your environmental impact.  There are different product choices that we can advise on, highlighting energy saving models and models which offer low total cost of ownership (TCO) and we can offer services to assist with recycling and disposal.
